    ✧ Where can I write down my preferences for the mystery box?

    You can include your preferences in the customer notes section during checkout or email us (make sure to include your order number) after you've placed an order.

    ✧ Can I choose the groups that I like?

    Yes, but only 1 group preference will be granted for 1 item only; the rest will still be random.

    ✧ Can I choose the groups that I DON'T want to be included in the box?

    Yes, but only 1 group preference will be granted. If you have already listed out a group you like as preference, the rest of your request (e.g. the group you don't like) might not be considered. In general, we will try our best to not include the group you don't want in the box. 

    ✧ Are the photocards split into boy groups and girl groups?

    Boy group boxes will contain only boy group photocards and vice versa. The large-sized mystery box will contain a mix of both.

    ✧ Are the photocards in the mystery packet official?

    Yes, they are! The photocards you get can be album PCs, POB PCs, trading card PCs, seasonal greetings PCs, and more...

    ✧ Can I list out the albums I already have?

    We only consider general group preferences. Any other additional information might not be granted.

    ✧ Can I request a specific album to be included?

    You cannot request specific items for your mystery box. If you have a particular product in mind, please purchase the item directly on our shop.

    ✧ I don't like the items I received in my mystery box. Can I return it?

    Unfortunately, all mystery boxes are final sale. No returns, refunds or exchanges allowed.
