After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. All Official KPOP Albums and Merchandise will be shipped from our US location. We work with official suppliers that offer guaranteed authentic items from South Korea. All other items (Lifestyle & Custom Aidoll Plushies) will be shipped from our Asia location. Please note that the processing times can be impacted by factors such as national holidays, shipping delays from Korea, etc.
If you pre-order an item, your order might be held until all items are available! If there are any significant delays, we will provide updates via email or phone. All orders will come with a valid tracking number.
- Customers are responsible for making sure that the address is filled in correctly. If the item was unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, we unfortunately won't be able to provide a refund.
- Shipping delays may occur if your package is subjected to customs clearance.

We provide a range of shipping options depending on the items and destination. USPS and UPS Shipping options are available for Official KPOP Albums and Merchandise. Standard shipping will be used from orders sent out from our Asia location. Please see the shipping options provided during checkout for your specific order!
