Order Cancellation

We won't be able to guarantee the cancellation of your order. Once orders are fulfilled or shipped out, we are not able to provide refunds.

Fulfillment Process

After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for our system to process the order. We work with direct suppliers that offer guaranteed authentic items from South Korea. They will ship the items requested to our fulfillment center in Michigan, USA. All orders will come with a valid tracking number. 

Additional Notes

Customers are responsible for making sure that the address is filled in correctly. If the item was unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, we unfortunately won't be able to provide a refund.

Shipping delays may occur if your package is subjected to customs clearance.

Shipping Options + Delivery Time

We provide U.S. domestic shipping for albums, official K-pop merch and other selected items via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and Media Mail. Standard shipping will be used for orders sent out from our warehouse in Asia.

Please note that this is ONLY the shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Custom Clearance (International Orders) + Shipping.
