You can include your preferences in the customer notes section during checkout or email us (make sure to include your order number) after you've placed an order.
✧ Can I choose the groups that I like?
Yes, but only 1 group preference will be granted for 1 item only; the rest will still be random.
✧ Can I choose the groups that I DON'T want to be included in the box?
Yes, but only 1 group preference will be granted. If you have already listed out a group you like as preference, the rest of your request (e.g. the group you don't like) might not be considered. In general, we will try our best to not include the group you don't want in the box.
✧ I don't like the items I received in my lucky bag. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, all lucky bags are final sale. No returns, refunds or exchanges allowed.
✧ When will you lucky bags ship?
